Overseas Recruitment
- Proactively identify and acquire prospective labourers for the overseas employment process by utilizing online platforms, local job boards, training centres, and community organizations.
- Establish affiliations with professional networks, language institutions, and vocational training institutes to identify suitable applicants.
- Engage with potential employees by organizing and participating in workshops, and events.
- Examine resumes and applications to identify candidates who possess the necessary language skills and qualifications for required positions.
- Conduct interviews and skill assessments to ensure that the requirements of the standards of demand issued countries are met.
- Work in conjunction with employers or partners to gain insight into their distinctive recruitment requirements and candidate profiles.
- Confirm the credentials of the applicant, including the results of their language proficiency test, health clearances, and skills certifications.
- Provide candidates with upfront details regarding employment conditions, salaries, and destination nation legislation in order to comply with legitimate hiring practices.
- Ensure that all recruitment activities conducted abroad adhere to the labour laws of Myanmar and the regulations of the destination nation.
- Engage in market research to pinpoint areas for advancement in overseas recruitment, as well as trends and competition.
- Develop effective campaigns that are tailored to potential candidates in conjunction with the marketing team.
Internal Recruitment
- Engage collaboratively with department heads to determine vacancies, anticipate future requirements, and develop job descriptions for internal positions.
- Prepare and publish job postings on suitable platforms, such as the company website, job portals, and social media.
- Arrange interviews with recruiting managers, execute initial screenings, and shortlist candidates based on role-specific specifications.
- Facilitate the on-boarding process for new staff members by organizing orientation programs, documentation, and instruction sessions.
- Sustain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the current and prospective internal recruitment requirements.
- Continue to cultivate a pool of qualified candidates to meet the current and future internal recruitment requirements.
- Updating candidate databases on a regular basis assures that potential employees can be obtained promptly.
General
- Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the superiors from time to time.
- Offer assistance with the monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and general HR activities for internal employees.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and Diploma in related field (Prefer)
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, with a preference for overseas employment or staffing agencies.
- Prior experience in an administrative or HR support capacity is an asset.
- Proven track record of recruiting candidates through a variety of channels
- Knowledge in the labor laws, social security, and tax regulations of Myanmar.
- Positive attitude and effective time management skills while working under duress.
- Excellent communication, affable personality, solid cooperation and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to utilize Office 365 while maintaining data security.
- Utilization of HRM-related software experience is desirable.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency of Japanese or Thai is an advantage.
- Understanding of cultural and legal considerations for overseas employment, especially in Japan and Thailand.
