• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns for promoting employment services.
• Formulate strategies to improve the visibility of the brand and the generation of leads through digital channels.
• Build contents that are culturally pertinent and engaging for the intended demographic.
• Oversee digital platforms, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Create, adjust, and supervise the creation of digital ad content, newsletters, and blogs.

• Examine trends and modify campaigns to enhance their effectiveness.

• Enhance the organic reach of the digital channels and their contents by optimizing them for positive nature.
• Oversee the management of paid advertising campaigns on digital platforms.
• Create and implement email campaigns to engage customers, recruit potential, and promote services.
• Utilize analytics tools to monitor and evaluate the efficacy of digital marketing in relation to its objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Generate consistent reports regarding campaign performance and insights to enhance return on investment.
• Conduct market research to gain insight into trends, competitors, and audience segments.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years in digital marketing or a related role.
• Proficient with Office 365 suit. 
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook, TikTok).
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
• Analytical mindset and familiarity with marketing metrics.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Analytical mindset to evaluate campaign success and suggest improvements.
